IT’S TIME TO DISMISS THE IDEA THAT GLUTEN FREE PATISSERIE ISN’T DELICIOUS

More and more people are finding that gluten, which is present in many foods that are part of our daily diet, makes them feel bad. In some cases it can cause serious allergies.

Thankfully now, there are many alternatives and we can enjoy many things which are free from this allergen. In patisserie, overall, everytime there are more gluten free novelties.

In our training, we work with recipes designed for those who like to enjoy desserts and sweets.  It seems like the group who we worked with last week had a great time!
